The rotary drum granulator uses a special rubber liner or acid-resistant stainless steel liner to achieve automatic descaling and detumescence, eliminating the need for traditional scraper devices. Drum granulator is one of the key pieces of equipment in the compound fertilizer industry, which is suitable for cold and hot granulation and large-scale production of high, medium, and low-concentration compound fertilizer. The main working mode is the wet granulation of aggregates. Through a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer is fully chemically reacted after humidification in the cylinder. Under a certain liquid phase condition, with the help of the rotating movement of the cylinder, the material particles generate extrusion pressure and aggregate into balls.
