I. Resource Recycling: Organic Fertilizer Production Line (2–3 tons/hour)

This organic fertilizer production line is a complete system solution that can convert agricultural waste (such as livestock manure, straw, etc.) into high-value-added commercial organic fertilizer, realizing "turning waste into treasure."

Core Process Flow

High-Efficiency Fermentation Treatment: Utilizing a tubular aerobic fermentation process, the raw materials are fully decomposed and matured through microbial action, effectively killing harmful bacteria and improving fertilizer stability.

Raw Material Grinding and Refining: The fermented materials are finely ground to provide a uniform material base for subsequent granulation.

Uniform Granulation: Through agitator granulation or roller granulation processes, the powdered material is processed into uniform, high-strength, round granules for easy storage and application.

Drying and Cooling: Reduces the moisture content of the granules and rapidly cools and solidifies them, ensuring the finished product is not easily broken or clumps.

Screening and Packaging: The finished product is screened, and qualified products enter the automatic packaging system to complete the final product.

II. Precision Fertilization: High-Precision Water-Soluble Fertilizer Production Line

The water-soluble fertilizer production line is mainly used to produce efficient and fast-acting modern fertilizers, and is an important component for realizing integrated water and fertilizer management and smart agriculture.

Core Process Flow:

Precision Batching System: Automatically and accurately weighs nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and various trace element raw materials according to a scientific formula.

Efficient and Uniform Mixing: Employs efficient mixing equipment such as a double-spiral conical mixer to achieve highly uniform mixing of various raw materials in a short time, avoiding stratification problems.

Fine Grinding and Packaging: Finely grinds any clumps that may form after mixing, ultimately obtaining a powder or crystalline product with uniform particle size, and then packages it with moisture protection.

Applicable Scenarios

Widely used in greenhouse vegetables, orchards, vineyards, flower cultivation, and field drip irrigation systems, it is an important input solution for improving crop quality and yield.
