It is an organic fertilizer production line with sterilization and deodorization technology as the core, integrating high-efficiency feces fermentation, raw material mixing, granule processing, drying, packaging and other fertilizer production equipment and processes.
The organic fertilizer production line is a modern production system that transforms organic waste into highly efficient, environmentally friendly, and organic-rich finished fertilizer through fermentation, crushing, batching, granulation, drying, cooling, screening, and packaging. This line recycles organic waste, reduces environmental pollution, and improves soil fertility and crop quality, aligning with national policies on green agriculture and sustainable development.

1.Crushing Equipment
New semi-wet material crushers – including vertical and horizontal crushers, with internal structures employing both chain and hammer crushers. Even if the material is removed from water before crushing, the screen will not clog, thus eliminating the need for screening

2.Mixing Equipment
Mixers include vertical mixers, horizontal mixers, twin-shaft mixers, and drum mixers. Their internal mixing structures include blade and spiral types. A suitable mixing structure should be designed according to the material characteristics. The discharge port is controlled by a cylinder or baffle.

3.Conveying Equipment
Belt conveyors – including mobile and stationary belt conveyors. Belt conveyors are indispensable and economical logistics transportation equipment for rhythmic assembly lines. They have advantages such as strong conveying capacity, long conveying distance, simple structure, and easy maintenance, and are easy to program and automate.

4.Pelletizing Equipment
Organic fertilizer granulators – including disc granulators, new organic fertilizer granulators, round pellet mills, drum granulators, and coating machines. The appropriate granulator should be selected based on the characteristics of the raw material.

5.Drying and Cooling Equipment
Rotary dryers, drum dryers, and bio-organic fertilizer dryers. Since the drying temperature for organic fertilizer cannot exceed 80℃, our dryers use a hot air drying mode. Coolers are similar in appearance to dryers, but differ in materials and performance. The main body of the dryer is made of boiler steel, while the main body of the cooler is made of custom-made carbon steel plate.

6.Screening Equipment:
Screening machines – including drum and vibrating types. Screening machines are further divided into three-stage, two-stage, etc.

7.Coating Equipment:
Granule coating machines – the main body of the coating machine is similar in appearance to dryers and coolers, but the internal structure is completely different. The coating machine is lined with stainless steel or polypropylene plates. The complete machine includes a matching powder mill and oil pump.

8.Automatic Packaging Equipment:
Automatic metering and packaging machines – including spiral and direct current types, single-head and double-head types, made of stainless steel and carbon steel, and can be customized according to customer needs.
