Recently, Zhengzhou Gongchuang Machinery welcomed a client from Indonesia to visit our factory and inspect a 2.5 tons per hour small compound fertilizer production line.
During the visit, the client toured our production workshop and inspected the main equipment of the compound fertilizer production line. Our team introduced the equipment structure, manufacturing quality, and production capacity.
During the on-site visit, our engineers briefly introduced the working process of the production line:
Raw material batching → Mixing → Granulation → Drying & cooling → Screening → Packaging
The complete process is designed for stable output, uniform granules, and efficient operation, suitable for small-scale fertilizer manufacturing projects.
The client inspected key equipment, including the granulator, dryer, cooler, and screening machine, and learned about installation requirements and operation methods.
The visit strengthened mutual understanding and trust, laying a good foundation for future cooperation in the compound fertilizer industry.
