On September 8, 2025, a 5 tons per hour compound fertilizer production line was successfully shipped to Vietnam from our factory. This production line is designed to meet the customer’s needs for high-efficiency NPK fertilizer production, providing reliable performance, low energy consumption, and easy operation.
This complete line includes major equipment such as the automatic batching system, double roller granulator, rotary drum dryer, rotary cooler, screening machine, coating machine, and automatic packaging system. All components are precisely manufactured to ensure smooth and continuous production with stable granule quality and uniform nutrient distribution.
The Vietnamese customer operates a local fertilizer plant and required a customized solution capable of producing granular NPK fertilizers with different formulations. After several rounds of technical communication and production tests, our engineering team provided a tailored design that perfectly matched the customer’s raw materials, site layout, and capacity requirements.
Before shipment, all machines were strictly tested and inspected to guarantee stable performance and quality. Our engineers will provide on-site installation guidance and technical training after the equipment arrives in Vietnam, ensuring the production line can be put into operation quickly.
