On May 15, 2025, a customer from Russia visited our organic fertilizer production line project site in Cangzhou, China. The purpose of the visit was to gain a deeper understanding of our company’s fertilizer manufacturing process, equipment performance, and production technology.
During the visit, our technical team provided a full demonstration of the complete organic fertilizer production process, including raw material composting, crushing, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening, coating, and packaging. The customer showed great interest in the granulation equipment and automatic control system, which ensure stable operation, uniform granule size, and high production efficiency.
Our engineering manager explained how the organic fertilizer line can process various materials such as livestock manure, agricultural waste, and composted residues, turning them into high-quality organic fertilizer granules rich in nutrients. The system is designed for environmental protection, energy efficiency, and continuous operation, meeting the demands of both large and medium-sized fertilizer plants.
The Russian customer highly praised the equipment’s advanced design, durable construction, and precise workmanship. They expressed strong interest in future cooperation and discussed project customization based on local raw materials and production capacity requirements in Russia.
