On May 16, 2025, a delegation of customers from Vietnam visited our NPK compound fertilizer production line site located in Xuchang, China. The visit aimed to understand our fertilizer production process, advanced equipment, and project management capabilities.
Our technical engineers warmly welcomed the guests and introduced the complete NPK fertilizer manufacturing process, including automatic batching, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening, coating, and packaging. The visitors observed the entire operation on site and showed great interest in the rotary drum granulator and automatic packaging system, which ensure consistent granule quality and high production efficiency.
During the visit, the customer learned how our compound fertilizer production line is designed to produce different NPK formulations according to soil and crop needs. Our engineers also shared details about energy-saving design, corrosion-resistant materials, and automatic control systems, which greatly reduce labor costs and improve production stability.
The Vietnamese client spoke highly of the production line’s performance, especially the uniform granule shape, high automation level, and easy maintenance. They expressed satisfaction with our professional technical support and discussed potential cooperation for a new 5TPH NPK fertilizer plant to be built in Vietnam later this year.
