It is mainly used for the granulation process of chicken, pig, cow, sheep, and other animal feces after high-temperature fermentation.
It can be directly mixed after crushing, using the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation of the granulator and the resulting friction force, so that the powder material is continuously mixed inside the machine, granulation, modulation, and strengthening to achieve the purpose of material granulation. Raw material water content can be about 30%-40% and can be granulated. The particle diameter of the finished product is generally between 0.3-5 mm, and the granulation rate is >85%.
